Healthy fascia is a source of ease and flow so that you can live more comfortably in the home that is your body. When neglected, it can be a source of tremendous pain and discomfort.
Fascia impacts every aspect of your body, yet most discussions about health do not include the self-regulating communication system of the fascial network.
